Supporting Teachers in Modern Classroom Practice with Ademy
Brisbane AD Group is pleased to support a new teacher development initiative in collaboration with the University of Education – Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-UED). The program introduces a practical pathway for secondary school teachers to experiment with modern teaching approaches in their classrooms, supported by the Ademy online learning platform.
This initiative focuses on helping teachers translate educational innovation into everyday classroom practice. Rather than changing the official curriculum, the program supports teachers in reorganizing learning activities so that classroom time is used more effectively for discussion, analysis, collaboration, and problem solving. In this model, teachers remain at the center of the learning process, guiding students through activities that encourage deeper understanding and active participation.
The program follows a progressive methodology. Teachers begin by applying the Flipped Classroom model, where students review core materials before class and use classroom time to engage in discussion and practice. Building on this foundation, teachers are then supported in implementing Project-Based Learning (PBL), allowing students to work collaboratively on meaningful tasks and real-world problems. Over time, these experiences help teachers move toward STEM-oriented, interdisciplinary learning, integrating science, technology, engineering, and mathematics into classroom activities.
A key element of the program is the use of Ademy Vietnam (ademy.vn), the digital learning platform owned and developed by Brisbane AD Group. Participating teachers and students are provided free access to Ademy during the program, enabling them to organize lessons using a range of digital tools designed to support modern pedagogy.
By combining academic expertise with practical technology, the collaboration between VNU-UED and Brisbane AD Group seeks to create a sustainable pathway for classroom innovation—helping teachers experiment with new methods and enabling students to learn in more active, engaging, and meaningful ways.
